Payment and Subscription

By completing your payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that sufficient funds are available. Your subscription will commence immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that there is no recourse to SCUL for any refund, regardless of the circumstances. All payments are final and non-refundable. SCUL does not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, technical issues, or underuse of the service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the details provided on our website. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period and will not be extended or credited. Once payment is made, the subscription is binding and cannot be revoked for any reason.
Delivery Policy
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to SCUL through our secure online platform. Access details and login instructions will be sent to your registered email address. In most cases, this process is completed within minutes. If you do not receive your access information, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, email filters or issues outside our control.

SCUL is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to, its accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCUL, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, branding and intellectual property related to SCUL are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
